7 Day Online Meditation Recharge

Open to all Vedic Meditators, the 7 Day Online Meditation Recharge is guided by Vedic Meditation teachers, Lauren Godfrey-Love and Lauren Fitzgerald-Love. It is designed to help you move through the Festive Season with more calm, patience and joy.

Often we arrive at Christmas/the end of the year, completely exhausted, overwhelmed, overstimulated and overdone. We want you to arrive at the end of the year feeling calmer and more blissful and move through the festive and holiday season with grace and ease.

This event was originally birthed as our 7 Day Meditation Challenge, created during the pandemic to support meditators through lockdown. However it was so successful, we have continued them on twice yearly due to popular demand.

By joining our 7 Day Online Meditation Recharge, you will reap the benefits of meditating alongside a group of other meditators, get consistent with your practice, have Vedic pearls of wisdom to take into your day and feel the benefits of twice daily meditation.

What will I get out of the 7 Day Online Meditation Recharge?

This Recharge will:

  • Help you to get your meditation in twice each day

  • Have contact with the wider Vedic Meditation Community so that you feel supported and connected in your practice

  • Have daily access to your Vedic Meditation teachers

  • Get you inspired by Vedic Knowledge

  • Help you to feel more deeply rested

  • Bring you clarity and more ability to access to your intuition

  • Feel happier and more blissful this festive season


What does the 7 Day Online Meditation Recharge involve?

Every morning over 7 days, we log on to zoom together at 6.00am each morning for a Group Round.

After being guided through asanas (yoga positions) pranayama (breathing exercises) we meditate together as a group and then enjoy a daily dose of Vedic Knowledge to inspire us throughout our day. This morning session finishes up no later than 7.05am.

In the afternoon you will receive a txt message reminder of the daily dose of wisdom as well as a reminder to get your second meditation in that day. Those who are available and keen, can join the us online for their second meditation at 6.00pm with the group.

In the weekends, the morning sessions start an hour later to give you a (bit of a!) sleep in. Our second group meditation of the day in the weekends also changes to 4.00pm to avoid any clashes and commitments you might have.

PLEASE NOTE: Going forward our 7 Day Recharge will only be open to those who have learnt Rounding. If you would like to learn Rounding before the Recharge starts, please get in touch via email meditate@laurengodfrey.com

Who should join the Recharge?

Whether you are a new meditator, have been meditating for years, or have not been meditating for a while, this 7 Day Online Meditation Recharge is for you. The only requirement is that you have learnt Rounding (sign up to learn here). It will help you to reinvigorate your practice or get committed to being regular, give you access to your teachers each day for a week, stir the bliss, get topped up with Vedic Knowledge and feel energised and inspired in your life, in general.

 

What does each weekday session look like?

The morning weekday schedule looks like this:

6.00am - 6.05am: Suryanamaskar
6.05am - 6.15am: Asanas
6.15am - 6.20am: Pranayama
6.25am - 6.45am: Meditation
6.45am - 6.55am: A blissful ten minute lie-down to come out of the meditation and get some extra rest in
6.55am - 7.00am: Daily dose of Vedic Wisdom to send you off into the day
7.05am: Sign off

The evening weekday schedule looks like this:

6.00pm - 6.05pm: Sign on and pranayama
6.05pm - 6.25pm: Group Meditation together
6.30pm: Farewell till the following morning

What about the weekends?

The morning weekend schedule is an hour later

7.00am - 7.05am: Suryanamaskar
7.05am - 7.15am: Asanas
7.15am - 7.20am: Pranayama
7.25am - 7.45am: Meditation
7.45am - 7.55am: A blissful ten minute lie-down to come out of the meditation and get some extra rest in
7.55am - 8.00am: Daily dose of Vedic Wisdom to send you off into the day
8.05am: Sign off

The evening weekend schedule is 1.0 hour earlier and looks like this:

5.00pm - 5.05pm: Sign on and pranayama
5.05pm - 5.25pm: Group Meditation together
5.30pm: Farewell till the following morning
