Course in Rounding
What is Rounding?
Rounding allows us to immediately start to release stress before we've even closed our eyes to meditate.
Rounding involves a series of gentle yoga postures, pranayama (breathing exercises) a meditation and an extended rest period.
When incorporated into our routine regularly, Rounding has a profound effect, soothing the nervous system and increasing our adaptation energy. It can be practised as little (once or twice a month) or as regularly (up to twice a day) as you like.
You do not need to be a yogi to learn rounding as the yoga postures are simple and suitable for absolute beginners of all shapes, sizes and flexibility.
A Rounding Course takes 2 hours. You can learn Rounding privately ($375 investment) or in a group ($108 investment). See below for details.
Group Rounding Course
Join us for a Group Rounding Course. Learning to Round in a group provides a deeper, blissful experience of meditation.
The course is 2 hours long. All you will need to bring with you is a yoga mat or large towel or blanket, comfortable clothing and a pen to write some notes with.
The course fee to learn rounding in a group is $108 per person. If you have already learnt and would like to resit the course or join for a group round, the contribution is $40.
