Guru Purnima
Sunday 21 July 5.30pm - 7.00pm

Guru Purnima is an auspicious day in the Vedic calendar where we celebrate the teachers in our tradition. Open to all Vedic Meditators and their children, you can attend Guru Purnima online or in person. We celebrate with the gratitude ceremony you witnessed when you first learnt to meditate, Vedic stories and wisdom, as well as chai and sweets. You can join in-person in Auckland, Wellington or Wanaka or online..

Meditation Rounding Retreat
Thursday 5 - Sunday 8 September 2024

Our meditation retreats involve 3 nights and four days of deep rest and rejuvenation. These retreats provide the equivalent of 6 months of twice daily meditation. Our September retreat is sold out but you can email us to be added to the waitlist or added to the early bird email list for our next retreat in May 2025.

Matakana Meditation Day Retreat
10am-4pm, Sunday 4 August 2024

Join us for a day of blissful meditation, yummy catered food and expansive knowledge in Matakana at the gorgeous Bali Gardens. We will be enjoying a Round together in the morning as well as a Round in the afternoon, a delicious Ayurvedic, vegetarian lunch and knowledge sessions to lift you up. More details soon.

Group Meditation

Group Meditations are a great way to connect in and solidifying your practice. Meditators report that their meditation experience is much deeper in the group. Group Meditation is open to Vedic Meditators and those who have learned Transcendental Meditation.
