Our Meditation retreats run for 3 nights and four days. They are an opportunity to gain deep levels of rest and release deep-rooted stresses and fatigue. Attending one retreat will provide you with the equivalent benefit of six months-worth of twice daily meditation, accelerating your progress towards higher states of consciousness, and delivering experiences of greater energy, clarity and bliss.

If your meditation practice has been inconsistent, this is a perfect opportunity to reignite your practice. If you are a new meditator, attending the retreat is a wonderful way to cement and accelerate your practice. For long-term meditators, you will come away with more knowledge, increased depth of understanding, and the feeling of expansion.

By getting on the early-release email, you will have the opportunity to book your retreat space 2-3 days ahead of others. Our retreats always get close to selling out within 3-5 days of announcing them.
